  • Individual therapy (50 minutes): £65 per session

Concession rates are available for those who may need them.

If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to book a free 15-minute consultation call to discuss your needs and the best approach.

  • Sessions for individual therapy last for 50 minutes.

  • The first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and begin exploring what brings you to therapy. You can expect a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you can share at your own pace. We’ll discuss your goals, any current challenges, and what you hope to get out of therapy, and I’ll answer any questions you have about the process. The session is a chance to see how we might work together and to start feeling comfortable in the therapeutic space.

  • The length of therapy varies depending on your goals, needs, and the pace that feels right for you. Some people find a few sessions helpful for specific challenges, while others benefit from ongoing support over several months.

  • The frequency of sessions can vary depending on your goals, needs, and what feels manageable for you. Many clients find it helpful to begin with weekly sessions, as this allows us to work through challenges consistently and start noticing positive changes sooner. Regular sessions also help us build a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship, which is central to effective therapy.

As we progress, we can adjust the schedule to fit your life and comfort level. The most important thing is that you feel supported and able to engage with the process at a pace that works for you. I’m here to discuss your preferences and collaborate with you to find a schedule that supports your journey.

  • It’s completely normal to feel uncertain about starting therapy. Whether you’re navigating personal challenges, relationship difficulties, or simply want a space to reflect and grow, therapy can offer support and guidance.

If you’re unsure, a short, free consultation call can be a helpful first step. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions, discuss your needs, and get a sense of how we might work together before committing to sessions.

  • You don’t need to have a clear plan or specific topics when you come to therapy. Many clients begin sessions feeling uncertain or overwhelmed, and that’s completely normal. In therapy, you have the space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. I’m here to hold a supportive, non-judgmental space while you reflect, process, and discover what matters most to you.

  • At the moment, all sessions are offered online, providing flexibility and accessibility wherever you are. Online therapy allows you to connect from the comfort of your own space while receiving the same professional support as in-person sessions.
